Electro-Galvanised Steel:
It has a smooth finish and very good in power coated and deep draw application since each zinc particle is individually stuck to minor steel due to the electrolysis process. Various applications are electronic parts, auto body panels, household items, doors, door frames, electrical appliances, etc.
Galvannealed Steel:
Galvannealed Steel is produced by reheating the galvanised layer to spread the galvanised zinc and iron materials on the surface to re-coagulate a thin light gray layer of steel-iron alloy due to which the coating doesn’t fade off when formed, stamped and bent. Applications include household products, general electrical appliances, automotive, highway signage, partitions, doors, door frames etc.
